In case you missed me, I was the girl walking round Oxford Circus weeping about the central line last week. Returning to London with a bump, I’m finally getting used to the pollution, the commuting nightmares and the cold weather.
Yet this isn’t another moany London blog post, promise. Instead I’m focusing on the amazing year I’ve had, where I’ve taken risks, followed my dreams and visited some amazing countries. I’m so grateful for all the amazing opportunities I’ve had this year and cannot wait to see what 2017 will bring.
I want to take this moment to wish all of my lovely followers a very Happy Christmas – tearsandtrainers would be nothing without you. I also wanted to point those who still suffering in the direction of this wonderful article written by Megan Nolan for The Pool. When you’re coping with or recovering from an eating disorder, Christmas can be one of the most stressful times of the year, as everyone around you indulges. Eat as little or as much as you want, remember one bad day doesn’t change your recovery plan and keep fighting.
Happy Christmas! X
